How these docs work

The Harness, Arrival, and Plexus repositories own their specifications and package contracts. This site owns explanations, cross-product journeys, and future agent-oriented navigation. Do not copy product specs into guides and call the copy authoritative.

sources.json records the source pages each guide depends on. Run pnpm docs:check to validate source paths and see changes since the last reviewed snapshot. Run pnpm docs:snapshot after reviewing affected guides to record the current source hashes. A new source document still needs a conscious classification and mapping; the inventory check reports unmapped documents.

The local sibling-repo workflow is a prototype. Before deploying this site independently, replace local checkout assumptions with pinned git revisions or release tags and reviewable sync PRs. Never publish mutable branch heads without a reviewed pin.
